Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga integrates physical postures, breath awareness and meditation into fluid form. I emphasize that each student be true to their experience of their practice, modifying and adjusting postures as needed. The practice of Kripalu Yoga fosters peace of mind, ease of heart and a joy that transforms life!
We open and close our session with the sound of AUM (OM). Aum, the vibration that is said to thread all of life together, is what we chant to connect more deeply to the grace of existence. The more we can connect to our integrity, the clearer the bells of our being-ness, and of our spirits will ring.
